Who We Are

I-Command Solutions LLC is a software company based in Palm Coast, Florida. We design, build, and ship business software for companies whose accounting depends on crews, jobs, routes, payroll, banking, and field work.

Founded by John Caprio, the company brings together decades of hands-on experience in business operations, technology, bookkeeping workflows, and problem-solving. We have seen firsthand how small businesses struggle when schedules, field notes, payroll hours, banking, invoices, bills, and bookkeeping all live in separate systems.

So we decided to build something better.

Our mission is simple: build practical business software that reduces double entry, improves daily closeout, strengthens review, and helps small businesses trust the numbers behind the work.

Where We're Going

ICommand Bookkeeping is our flagship product and the foundation for the platform. We are focused on operations-driven accounting for businesses in cleaning, trucking and hauling, pest control, and field service where daily work has to become payroll-ready and accounting-ready.
