Who We Are

I-Command Solutions LLC is a platform company based in Palm Coast, Florida. We design, build, and ship business software for companies whose accounting depends on crews, jobs, routes, payroll, and field work.

Founded by John Caprio, the company brings together decades of hands-on experience in business operations, technology, and problem-solving. We've seen firsthand how small businesses struggle when schedules, field notes, payroll hours, and bookkeeping all live in separate systems.

So we decided to build something better.

Our mission is simple: build practical operational accounting tools that reduce double entry, improve daily closeout, and help small businesses trust the numbers behind the work.

We believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy, and they shouldn't need a six-figure software budget to run clean operations. Every product we build starts with one question: what would make the field team, office team, and owner work from the same source of truth?

ICommand Bookkeeping is our flagship product and the foundation for the platform. We are focused on operations-driven accounting for businesses in cleaning, trucking and hauling, and field service where daily work has to become payroll-ready and accounting-ready.
